PRE-ORDER ITEM AND SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE
All pre-order items must be paid in full or arrangements made prior to the order being processed.
With the Hall of Heroes subscrition service, all new comic books are 20-30% off the cover price. Every subscriber
who purchases more than $20.00 in comics after discount each month is entitled to a free copy of the Previews catalog.
All Comics are bagged and boarded. All non-comic book items are discounted as well, but the discount
may vary depending on the item. It is best to ask for the discount on these items.
Hall of Heroes will accept returns on all products in NEW condition within 15 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in the same condition that it was sent to you. If the item is not a book, please make sure to include all accessories, packaging materials, inserts, and manuals. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address provided to you from our customer service representative. Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
DAMAGED & SHORT SHIPMENTS
Most packages shipped via the USPS from Hall of Heroes will not include insurance.
If you wish to have an item sent by insured mail, please contact us via email for the insurance
rate on your item. In the unlikely event that your
shipment arrives with physical damage:

Please notify our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Sometimes, a product may arrive in non-working condition. We will work with you to get these items repaired or replaced promptly. In the unlikely event you receive a product DOA, contact us at (570) 280-6140 as soon as possible. We will then help you with getting the product repaired or replaced through the manufacturers warranty procedure. Defective products must be addressed though the manufacturer's warranty process. All products returned to us are subject to our return policy, seen above.
